FIRST POST ON THE NEW BLOG {Kim Mallory, Photography for Woman}

Well, my new blog/website is officially done and I did it all myself. Such a challenge but one that I needed to do for myself. I can do it!    I hope you are all enjoying the sights and sounds on here.

Today I am feeling kinda happy, kinda sad. I have two clients on my mind. One is a very sweet lady, that has never felt beautiful her whole life. Having a session with The Beautiful Woman Project has changed all that which makes me feel so happy and blessed to be able to do what I do. Lots of tears, but happy ones. On another note, I have a client that is really sick right now and battling cancer. We did her session before her treatment began and now she waits to find out if her treatments were successful.  My heart aches for her.   I guess what this brings me to is that life is too short not to do the things that challenge you and please don’t go through your entire life not feeling great about yourself either. I know, now I’m lecturing you….   Just trying to save the world one woman at a time.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? {Kim Mallory Fraser Valley Boudoir}

I had the absolute pleasure of shooting the nervous and not too sure but really wanted nice pics; Mrs. L.  – who is 59.   We took great care in making sure her make-up was a fit for her and fortunately she is cool with dark lipstick which stood out in great contrast against her gorgeous silver hair.    And, no kidding, there is little or no retouch on these.   I prefer people to look like themselves anyway, but this is the benefit of not sitting out in the sun year after year!  Her skin was beautiful!!  Thank-you Mrs. L for choosing me to capture your beauty!  xo
